Losing Bodyfat

I’m generally a patient person, but come on. . .I’m killing myself and hardly seeing any progress. Of course I’m seeing an increase in muscle mass and strength, but that’s never been a problem. I’m starting to get fed up with the lack of fat loss. I’m doing everything by the book and nothing seems to be working. . . I’m not complaining right now, just venting so when I get back in the gym after work I won’t have any distractions. Something’s got to happen and it has to happen now. I’m taking my measurements tonights and for some reason I have a feeling that I am not going to be pleased with them at all. Hell, I’ll be glad to lose .5% bodyfat (let alone the 2% that I was shooting for this week).
Good Week of Working Out

I Really feel good about the week’s workout. I think that overall this was one of the best workout weeks I’ve had since moving to Miami. Maybe it’s because I was excited about going back to Texas today for the weekend, but whatever it is, I’m pleased. Diet was really good, but has been since doing the church fast last month. Gotta get my supplementation together before next week so that I’m not working against myself. I think my mini vacation is coming at a good time, b/c I really pushed myself to the edge day in & day out.
Supplementing right

Well…I did it again. . .I’ve been having a really good week of workouts and today was no different. Hit the back & shoulders really hard & then even did my 30 mins of cardio. Now I just have to focus on my diet. I know that I’m eating right at the right times, but I’m not supplementing properly. Now I have to start putting more protein in my diet. I think before I was more focused on shedding fat instead of burning fat while increasing muscle mass. Now that I’ve re-ignited the fire within, I’m back on track to getting where I want to be. Now, gotta go to work so I can buy some protein!
Changing my Workout

I Just got back from the gym and dang… It’s been a while since I changed my workout. I know it’s good to shock your body by changing up the workout routine every so often. . .Well, shocked is even the beginning of what happened to my body tonight. By the time I got 1/3 of the way through the workout, my body was begging for mercy. It was that good, give me more pain now cause I can feel my skin about to rip…feeling. Then it was home for the food. The absolute best part about all of this is that in a few hours, I get to wake up and hit it again before going to work.
